Shipping & Delivery - Theater Lifts

We take great pride in our customer service, and it all starts with our industry-leading shipping and delivery process.

Typically, you will receive your theater lift in 3 to 6 weeks. TV Lifts USA will deliver your TV lift cabinet in the following way: After assembly at the factory, the TV lift will be shipped to you by our national freight company. When your TV lift cabinet reaches the shipping terminal nearest to your home, the delivery company will call you to schedule a delivery. Upon arrival at your home, two delivery professionals will remove the crated theater lift from the truck and place it inside.

If you've requested our television mounting service and installation, our delivery professionals will mount your television into the TV lift cabinet.  Due to the complexity and many variables involved in different component configurations, we cannot offer wiring or component configuration services. Note: The TV needs to be removed from any stand or wall mount, before the delivery date.

Some Important Notes: When your order is delivered, a full-sized 18-wheeled semi truck must have direct access to your home. If this is a problem, just let us know in advance so we can make special arrangements. Additional charges may apply.
